We really did not want to like Carbone + were ready to walk away feeling like it was wildly overrated but we just can't help but love it and agree that it's earned its Michelin Star. The entire experience dining in their entirely enclosed outdoor patio was top notch from beginning to end. Waitstaff was as accommodating + attentive as could be and the food was remarkably fresh + fulfilling - from the bread basket to the cookies that come with your check. Is it the absolute best meal that we've ever had or ever will have? Not likely, but it's certainly up there + for good reason.
