Corto is a beloved Jersey City classic and top rated Italian restaurant serving up some of the best & freshest food you can find around. We had heard so many great things about it that we were weary we might have too-high expectations going into our meal but instantly, we knew we were in for a treat. Walking out of our dinner at Corto was hands down one of the most satisfying meals + experiences that we've had in awhile - from beginning to end every course was *chef's kiss* and the ambiance felt homey yet enchanting. They make their own pastas in house and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu but truly we're still drooling over the Ricotta & Honey Toast + Olive Oil cake (seriously, we've thought about going back just to qualm our craving for their appetizers and desserts). BYOB. All around top knotch experience and NYC level dining in Hudson Country.
