One of the best casual places in this suburban town to grab a drink + listen to live music, Flounder Brewery recently came onto the scene with a full fledged brewery (previously a warehouse with take-to-go-drinks) and brought with it a revitalization of the town's offerings. Flounder is a local, family owned microbrewery right off of Amwell Road in a renovated 250 year old barn space. They have an ever changing variety of beers on tap and frequently align with local restaurants and food trucks to bring complementary grub to the scene.
