We really thought that the Grand Canyons were going to be one of the most overrated and over visited National Parks based on its notoriety but we were gladly mistaken. Grand Canyon routinely ranks in our Top 5 favorite National Parks and its fame comes with good reason. Millions of years of our planet's history can be seen in the erosion and carving of the canyon's depths. There aren't words for the beauty and bewilderment that the Grand Canyon beholds. We also LOVE how easy a trip to the Grand Canyon is to build into a Las Vegas, Sedona or Zion / Utah road trip Itinerary. Truly - you need to make a trip here (but be sure to plan adequately and bring water if you're going to be visiting during summer seasons)
