Situated minutes from the Pigeon Point Light House in Pescadero, Highway 1 Brewing Company is a truly magical place that serves up good food, good vibes and good brews. On the day we stopped here, their waitstaff was incredibly kind and the live music and soft sunshine were exactly what we needed to recharge after a long day of windy beaches and highway driving. We also love that they work with local farms and vendors for all of their ingredients and make the beer they serve right on the premises. They offer a large craft beer menu of their own products plus guest ciders, sours, wines and food from a number of local partners. It's an absolute must-add to your Pescadero day,
