Otto Strada is one of those places that can be damn near impossible to get in and for good reason. This walk-in only spot in Hoboken offers some of the best homemade pasta around and undoubtedly the largest portions we've ever seen. It literally took us 4 meal times to finish our cacio e pepe dish so be prepared to walk away with leftovers. The wait can easily be up to 2.5 hours on any given night so we recommend going early, putting your name down, and then walking a few blocks to grab drinks at a spot like Grand Vin while you wait. Best of all, Otto Strada's BYOB approach to dining makes it easy to keep costs down. We love this neighborhood spot and suggest it to all who are looking for a fulfilling Italian meal.
