The prime spot for a good Girl's Night OUT (or just a regular ole date night). Raf's has the IT factor and possesses that classic New York expression that you can't help but get cheeky over. Meals are priced on the higher side here [comparatively, especially when you take into consideration the small size of dishes] but we found everything that we ordered to be *chef's kiss*, ESPECIALLY the Chestnut Ravioli, and sharing plates between gabbing girls proved to be the ultimate way to make it all possible.
