We'd be shocked if you haven't seen Ribalta in one of its many viral stints on Tiktok by now for the epic Friday night parties it throws, but we're here to tell you, it's worth the hype. We booked a prix-fixe meal for 16 people for a Friday night birthday and had one of our best nights out in our NYC tenure. To be fair, we really did not go for the food but it ended up being a welcome surprise with truly wonderfully made Italian dishes, but the party is the real reason to come. Starting around 10/10:30PM every Friday, Ribalta turns into an off-the-wall experience. The entire restaurant was standing on tables, waving their napkins around, while a saxophonist and DJ battled it out, reverberating across the restaurant walls. A truly exceptional, once in a lifetime type experience that ran our group about $120 - $160pp by the end of it (including tax, tip, multi-course meal and multiple drinks for most folks), though the service left a bit to be desired, the experience made up for it in the end.
